Worked as a senior consultant in The Pertinax Group (from -01 Development Support). This is a network of consultants with their own portfolio, but sharing a common interest in human resources development/democracy development in working life. (For details see list of assignments below.)

2001-today - Mediation Services of Oslo and Akershus
Working as a mediator, facilitating management of conflicts. We receive both civilian cases as well as cases from the police. Both/all parties are called upon to account for their version of the conflict. We, mediators facilitate a solution which all parties deem are theirs, and which they can live by.
